Return Policy: All sales and fees charged for services rendered are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Hosting plans can be cancelled with 30-days written notice. Winestein wine club management services also require a 30-day written notice for cancellation, except the "Start-up Syrah" plan, that requires a 12-month contract. Winestein cients are responsible for copying all data they wish to retain before cancelling services. All web design or wine club mangement projects require a 50% deposit before the start of the project, with the balance due on completion. Cancellation of these projects requires two weeks written notice and no refund of the deposit will be available. 

Service agreements must be signed for all wine club management services and web site development services. No service agreement is needed for web hosting.  

All invoices are due in full net 30. Payments to Applynx & Winestein can be paid via this site with Visa or Mastercard, or call our office to process your credit or debit card payment, at (805) 542-9463, 8am-5pm PST Mon-Fri. Checks or money orders can be mailed to:
